Not an united country, diveded in several principalities, ducats, baronies and free municipalities. All states have a common culture and similar military traditions. these would be lands of conquest for foreign countries, or maybe they would rise as one united state.


the Air-Carracks are commonly used by the Ephesian cities as patrol forces. There are two kind of carrack: Light Carrack as the Carrack-class; and the Heavy Carrack as the Columbus Class. The Ephesian ships are over armed, Ephesians prefer equip the warships with many cannons and weapons. So their vessels are slow, but well rounded and stout. The carracks are used as patrol or mainly as escort warship, with several medium artillery, and heavy AA cannons and machineguns they are a sensible menace for air-turrets, fighters and bombers. Carracks are classified as airreduit, their slowness is a point of weakness against bigger ships. But a formation well coordinated can cope with an airredoubt.

The air Galley-Class is the symbol of the Ephesian fleets. The fast and streamlined vessels support many weapon variations, from light cruiser to medium fregate. The power of this ship is the velocity, so the vessel is over fortified in the fore, so it allows a strong rostrum. In fact the Ephesian tactic prefers the close combat: Light and fast vessels approaching in few time the enemy; ramming their ships, wreck the weak ones and boarding the bigger vessels. The air galley is used as trade ship for its wide bulk, so it's used as troop transport ( without extra cannons) or mobile fuel tank supplier for fighters and bombers.

The Air-Fluyt is known as big luxury cruise vessel for the rich people of US. This ship is build in few Ephesian arsenals. The ship is very slow but comfortable, its huge bulk is perfect for long trade journey. Usually it's used as flag ship by rich merchants. But some Ephesian warlords and condottieres use to rearmed this ship for heavy escort against pirate's attacks. The Dracoon-Class is a rare variant: largely fortified on the forecastle holds a complex of missile launchers chambers in the prow. This is a missile air-ship that can provide a massive firepower on the long distance. But the ship is slow and weak on the rear, so it needs some escort ships. There are few Dracoon-Class missile launchers above the Ephesian skies, some of them were wrecked by inner mechanical damages.

The Condemnor-Class is a recent vessel in the Ephesian fleet. The Ephesian engineers want to fill the gap with other foreign powers on the airfortress branch. It's an ambitious project for a little divided country. The result is a formidable airredoubt: The Condemnor-Class. The Condemnor can provide the firepower of a ligth airfortress, but it 's lighter. A single air-dreadnought is easily overtaken by an airfortress but some Condemnors can stand up against bigger vessels. Its good velocity, firepower and its relative fragility make the Condemnor-Class a precious vessel. Few Ephesian lords can purchase this expensive vessel and few arsenal can built this warship.
